The introduction of the Catering Contracts Framework will change the way caterers put tenders in place for catering goods and services. Mike and Jane will take delegates through the process and give an introduction to the software in place to assist caterers with their tenders.

With Associations keen to get their message across to Government, this session will offer delegates a chance to get the inside track on lobbying Parliament and making their voices heard. Jonathan is a former Member of Parliament, where he was a Shadow Minister and a Member of the Speaker's Panel of Chairmen.
